Refund and Returns Policy

Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when received, and in its original packaging.
Non-returnable Items
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:
- Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)
- Intimate or sanitary products
- Hazardous materials
- Flammable liquids or gases
Additional non-returnable items include:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Certain health and personal care items
Return Requirements
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Partial Refunds (if applicable)
Partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:
- Books with obvious signs of use
- Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records
- Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a few days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card company — it may take time before your refund is officially posted
- Contact your bank — processing times vary

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same item, email us at: info@alexsobron.com Then send your item to:

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or was shipped to the gift giver, the refund will be sent to the gift giver.

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.
Depending on your location, delivery times for exchanged products may vary.
For high-value items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Delivery Information
Maximum delivery time is four weeks, including production and domestic shipping.
If the item is in stock, shipping will be completed within a maximum of 7 days.
Shipping to the Iberian Peninsula and the Balearic Islands is free of charge.
International shipping has a variable cost depending on the country, and delivery times may vary according to the destination.
